Biography:

Research Experience more 13 years on Immunodiagnostics for Tuberculosis, Hepatitis and Infectious Diseases, Studies on Biomarkers Identification and exploring them on various diagnostic platforms, Macrophage and cell culture studies, Enzyme kinetics and protein purifications studies.


Awards:

1. 'Recognition in the field of IPR and Patents' by the hand of honorable Shri. Devendraji Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (MLA) during PATENT FEST 2023 organized by Vision Next India on 14th August, 2023 at Suresh Bhatt Auditorium, Reshimbaug, Nagpur.
2. Best Researcher Award 2021-2022 from International Journal of Microbial Science (IJMS), Pune, India
3. 'Senior Scientist Award 2020-2021' by Microbiologists Society, India
4. Best Teacher Award- Academic Year 2019-20 by Microbiologists Society, India
5. Prof R H Pandya Academic Performance excellence award 2019 from Board of Governance and Management, Parul University, Vadodara
6. GSBTM Biothon Award for Brucellosis Project (Rs. 50,000) was sanctioned for six month duration project on 'Development of Antigen Detection Test for rapid diagnosis of Brucellosis'.
7. 'Immunoshop Excellence Best Team Leadership Award (2017-18)' in recognition of developing and leading field application specialist team (FAST) during Company Annual Meet 18 PHOTO
8. Consolation Prize for best poster - Inhibition of M. tb secretory serine protease, blocks bacterial multiplication both in axenic culture & in human macrophages at International Conference- Open Source for Computer Aided Drug Design at Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh in 2009.
9. Professor G. P. Talwar Young Scientist Award for best paper 'SEVA TB ES-31 Ag- Mycobacterial Metallo-Serine Protease of interest in Serodiagnosis, Drug Target and its Further Characterization at 34th Indian Immunology Society conference at National AIDS Research Institute, Pune in 2007.
10. Asian & Pacific Federation of Clinical Biochemists (APFCB) Silver Jubilee Scholarship for Detection of M.tb Excretory Secretory Ag ES-31, ES-43 and EST-6 in TB Patients with HIV Co-infection by ELISA & Immunoblotting at 11th Asian Pacific Congress of Clinical Biochemistry, Beijing (China) in 2007.
11. M.G.I.M.S. (Sewagram) Award (2005) for best poster on Isolation of M.tuberculosis Excretory Secretory Protein Antigens ES-31, ES-43 and EST-6 of Diagnostic Interest from Tubercle Bacilli by Affinity Chromatography at 32nd Annual Conference of Association of Clinical Biochemists of India, Patna (Bihar) in 2005.
